生食更新っ！！

＜今日のナッツのごはんラインナップ＞
・マトンあらびき（60グラム）
・ラムあばら骨
・空芯菜
・かぼちゃ
・ごま
・サプリメント（ローズヒップ・ケルプ・アルファルファ）

久々の生食更新です♪
肉も今月分購入です♪冷蔵庫がでかいからチョ〜ヨユ〜！！
その勢いで、新しい所からも今回はお肉を購入しております（まだ届いてないっすけど。）
今回はいつもの「なみかた」様。
本当に新鮮で安全なお肉をありがとう♪
その中でも、今回は初購入のマトンあらびき。
前回の”ラムぱらみん”でひき肉系がラクで味をしめたずぼらなおいらは、やっぱりこれもお気に入り。
当の本人のナッツさんも「むほ〜！！！！！！」ってな勢いでがっついておりました。

そして、おすすめな野菜。
空芯菜。
中国野菜ですが、もち人間がたべても美味しい。
甘みと食感が特徴です。
鉄分・ビタミンA・C、カルシウム・ポリフェノールを含んだ栄養野菜です。
日本で馴染みがあまりなく、栽培も難しくないので、スーパーで80円くらいで売ってます。
一度おためしあれ♪
